Children are a vital part of our community and the adults of the future –at The Fountains Centre we strive to build a good foundation that will serve them well for the rest of their lives.
Projects include:
School Assemblies
Dedicated teams of performers are currently bringing The Bible to life through the acclaimed 'Open The Book' series. Infant schools across the city have welcomed this valuable resource into their assemblies as an important compliment to the school curriculum.
The stories of The Bible are recreated in a colourful and entertaining sketch incorporating song, drama, visuals and the spoken word. Wherever possible the stories are presented in chronological order over a set period of weekly intervals to express the continuity of the stories from Creation through to the life of Jesus.
The School Assemblies teams are made up of people from different 'Linkup' churches, the collective name for churches working together in Chester. For more info please contact Northgate Church office here.

Tiddlers
  Tiddlers is a parent/carer and child group for babies and children up to school age. The sessions include group activities, story time, singing and free-play.
Every Wednesday morning 10 'til 11.30am (in term time)
We meet together in the Fountains Centre main back hall and the sessions are run by a team of friendly, qualified and experienced staff .
Each session costs £1.50 for one child (+25p for any siblings or guests.)

Men Behaving Daddly
MBD is a event for all dads, grandads and male carers with children 0 to pre-school age. Bring along your babies & toddlers for fun activities including craft, messy play, group time and snack time with healthy snacks!.
The group runs on a Saturday morning once a month between 10.00am and 11.30am and is based in the Fountains Centre main back hall. The sessions are run by a team of friendly, qualified and experienced staff . If you would like to take part in the Dads and Toddler group please feel free to simply join us on the day. Each session costs £2 for one child (+50p for any siblings or guests.)
