7 Keys for 2010
1. Stepping willingly into all God has for us
a. Tim Hughes - Stepping forward, keep us from just singing, move us into action, we must go.
2. Pressing deeper into God, His presence, His word, in prayer, in worship, in submission and surrender.
a. Phil 1 9And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, 10so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless until the day of Christ
3. Understanding more of God and about God
a. Eph 316I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 17so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ
4. Sensing the power of the Holy Spirit at work in us and moving more in that power
a. Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my
witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
5. Leaving behind apathy, cynicism & indifference – they cripple us!

6. Taking a radical & ruthless approach to sin
a. Heb 12:1 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.
b. Ruthless (means - having or showing no pity or compassion)
7. Allowing God to have the number one position, the first place in our lives. Saviour and Lord
a. Phil 2 9Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, 10that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth.
