Flabuless
 Flabuless is a keep fit evening run by Charis Noakes  just for women. Flabuless is run every Monday evening between 6.30 & 7.30pm in the church main building. The cost of a session is £1 and if you have your own mat or weights it is advisable to bring them along with you. You dont have to be super fit to join in, the session are for everyone and are very inclusive. So if you are free on a Monday why not pop down and give it a try. |
